Allegro Lots are SOLD OUT!


As we move into the final stages of our development, inventory becomes limited.  It's with mixed emotions that we announce we are now sold out of lots able to accommodate our Allegro floorplan (we're both excited and sad - it was our first true love, after all).

That's right, our Allegro floorplan, the second most popular of all our plans, is no longer available; however, should you be looking for a home in the 1,200-1,400 sq ft range, you may want to consider moving into our Fresco model instead.

Based on our Allegro home, the Fresco has a similar, yet enhanced, layout.  Boasting an additional 100 sq ft and a full second bathroom on the main floor, the Fresco offers all the same great features as our Allegro home but with a little more room to play.  Open concept living, comfortable bedrooms, and ample closet space all add to the the appeal of this stylish yet functional house.  Plus, with a footprint of 1,352 sq ft and an additional 1,338 sq ft of optional basement finishing, you get all the benefits of a much larger home but without the extra costs.

Phase 5 Paving Underway

We are excited to announce that the paving for Phase 5 is now underway! It's very surreal to see the final roads of the development going in considering where we started all those years ago. To date, we now have 88 owner occupied homes (which is over 50% of the entire project), with new residents moving in weekly. We're so proud of our little "community within a community" and it has been a real joy to watch it grow and blossom over time.

Notice of Lake Country Road Closures

ATTENTION SHOW HOME VISITORS

Please be advised that Oceola Rd from Pretty Rd to Lake Hill Dr will be CLOSED weekdays 7am-5pm from April 10 to June 19. A detour will be in place via Pretty Rd & Robinson Rd. Two way traffic will be reinstated outside working hours (typically between 5pm – 7am) and weekends.
