Although the summer is winding down, the fun hasn't stopped here in Lake Country!  Here are some great upcoming events taking place in our community:

• Lake Country Farmers Market - Fridays from 3:00pm to 7:00pm @ the Winfield Curling Club parking lot (Bottom Wood Lake Rd) - runs until September 30th
• Lake Country Artwalk 2012 - Saturday, Sept 8th & Sunday, Sept 9th from 10:00am to 5:00pm @ the Lake Country Community Complex  (Bottom Wood Lake Rd) - visit www.artwalk.ca for more information
• 2012 UBC Okanagan & Lake Country Chamber Trade Show - Tuesday, September 25th from 11:00am to 2:00pm @ UBC-O University Centre Room 200 (Ballroom) - Cadence at The Lakes will be there with bells on, so stop by and say hi!

Cadence Hosts the Lake Country Business After Hours

Cadence at The Lakes was the proud host of the Lake Country Chamber of Commerce's Business After Hours event on April 27, 2011. The evening was a great success with many members of the local business community in attendence. Amazing wines from local vineyards, Gray Monk and Ex Nihilo, were served and several lucky people were the winners of of some great Lake Country door prizes.

We would like to thank the Lake Country Chamber of Commerce for all of their assistance as well as everyone who attended and helped to make the night memorable.
