Our new Dolciano floorplan has proven to be extremely popular.  Even though the plan was only developed a year ago, we already have thirteen buyers in line for this dynamic home.  We knew all along that our Dolciano model was going to be a popular choice, so that's why we featured it as our new show home.  If you haven't had the chance to visit us yet, then we are pleased to provide you with a mini-tour of the home in the form of new photography:

Bus Service to The Lakes

Good news for all of you who rely upon, or would like to rely upon, public transportation in Lake Country: BC Transit has implemented a new bus route with direct service to The Lakes.

Although it's only an introductory level of service for now, the new #32 bus loop will connect residents of The Lakes with the Lake Country city centre during peak hours.  

As per BC Transit: "In Lake Country, a new Route 32 The Lakes will connect Lake Country Town Centre with The 

Lakes neighbourhood during weekday peak periods. The new route will support current and future residential and commercial growth in The Lakes area."

In order to serve you better, and to make sure everyone has the opportunity to view our lovely new show home, Cadence at The Lakes Adult Community is now open every day from 11am-4pm.  Come and see us at 13086 Staccato Dr, in the heart of The Lakes subdivision, in beautiful Lake Country, BC.

Have You Missed Him?

It's official: spring has arrived and the construction has begun on our beautiful new Recreation Area!

Cadence at The Lakes' exclusive (and maintenance free) resort-style amenities will feature an outdoor swimming pool, hot tub, change facilities & washrooms, bbq & picnic areas, plus a fire pit.

  

And what pool is complete without a pool boy?  If you've missed the Cadence 'pool guy' as much as we have, we'd love to hear from you!

What spring season would be complete without our now annual event?  Get ready - Cadence at The Lakes Adult Community invites you to join us on Saturday, June 7th for our 3rd annual 'Spring Parade of Homes at The Lakes' event!

WHEN:	Saturday, June 7th from 11am to 5pm
WHERE:	The Lakes, in beautiful Lake Country, BC
WHAT:	6 different show homes to tour with fun activities, exhibits, and prizes

Each home on the tour will offer a different prize package (Cadence is giving away $100 gift certificates from RONA), plus gives you an entry into our grand prize draw for an amazing three-night getaway at Sparkling Hill Resort.
