Pictures speak a thousand words, so if you haven't been able to visit our showhome yet, we have new gallery images to show you just how beautiful our 'Adagio' house plan truly is. Cadence at The Lakes recently partnered up with Shawn Talbot, of Shawn Talbot Photography, and his team to take new interior shots of our display home.

Shawn is a local Okanagan resident with an extensive background in film and photography. From commercial to personal, his work spans a wide range of subject matter and can capture any type of image you're looking for. With experience in both aerial and underwater photography, Shawn's talents have taken him around the world and landed him contracts with clients such as Campion Boats, Lake City Casinos, Valley First Credit Union, K West Homes, The Discovery Channel, and Warner Brothers Music, to name but a few. Okanagan Home Sales Up in March

According to the Okanagan Mainline Real Estate Board, single family residential sales for the month of March are up 52% across the Valley. Due to popular demand, Cadence at The Lakes has increased the hours at our show home. We will now be open from 12pm-4pm daily and will only be closed on Mondays, with the exception of holidays. Cadence Environmentally Friendly Initiatives

Cadence at The Lakes, one of Lake Country's newest residential communities, displays an outstanding commitment to environmental sustainability by incorporating standard green building initiatives into every home. The community will be fully heated and cooled with geothermal ground source heat pump systems. Homes will have Low E Energy Star appliances included.
