New Cadence Flash Videos

Cadence at The Lakes has partnered up with Jiri Bakala from Ascent Films to create a series of unique and informative videos about our project and the beautiful community it's a part of. Our first video, entilted "Lake Country" gives everyone the opportunity to see why, as a Kelowna based company, we chose to build in Lake Country and why Cadence is such a great place to live.

UPDATE: Our second video, called "What's Special", has now been added! Take a look and discover all of the great features that make Cadence at The Lakes a step above the rest.

According to the Okanagan Mainline Real Estate Board, single family residential sales for the month of March are up 52% across the Valley.
