Cadence at The Lakes has partnered up with Jiri Bakala from
Ascent Films to create a series of unique and informative videos about our project and the beautiful community it's a part of. Our first video, entilted "Lake Country" gives everyone the opportunity to see why, as a Kelowna based company, we chose to build in Lake Country and why
Cadence is such a great place to live.

"Pricing" gives you an overview of all the different items included in one of our fabulous houses and shows you what great value you get for your money. And finally, "Make A Move" outlines our innovative Make A Move purchase program that greatly simplifies the process of buying a new home at Cadence at The Lakes.
