Things have come a long way for our little community! With only 6 new properties remaining in the entire development (out of 162 homesites in total), Cadence The Lakes is almost completely built out. If you haven't had a chance to visit, or it's been a while since you were on site, here is a video tour of our beautiful master-planned neighbourhood featuring the Adagio Show Home on Lot 108 (13271 Staccato Dr).
To see the remaining inventory, like our Show Home and several other move-in ready homes (plus one last home under construction), we are open for viewings Monday-Wednesday and Saturday-Sunday from 11am-4pm, or outside of these hours by appointment at 1.877.766.9077.
