Spring Parade of Homes at The Lakes

Cadence at The Lakes is proud to be co-hosting the wonderful upcoming event, The Spring Parade of Homes at The Lakes on Saturday, May 26th from 11am-5pm.  See the homes - experience our community - win great prizes! Come see what The Lakes is all about. There will be seven beautiful show homes to tour (including ours), great activities including local artists, a classic car show, bbq, wine & cheese, Jimmy's Mobile Woodfire Pizza Oven and other refreshments. Each home you visit gets you an entry in our draw for great prizes from Taylormade, Harvest Golf Club, and local Lake Country businesses. Visit ParadeOfHomes.ca for more details!

New Cadence Flash Videos

Cadence at The Lakes has partnered up with Jiri Bakala from Ascent Films to create a series of unique and informative videos about our project and the beautiful community it's a part of. Our first video, entilted "Lake Country" gives everyone the opportunity to see why, as a Kelowna based company, we chose to build in Lake Country and why Cadence is such a great place to live.

UPDATE: Our second video, called "What's Special", has now been added! Take a look and discover all of the great features that make Cadence at The Lakes a step above the rest.

UPDATE: Our third video, called "The Team", is now online! This video is all about us, the people behind Cadence. Check it out to see why we should be ones to build you a stunning new home.

UPDATE: Our fourth video, called "Quality & Value", has now been posted! This video shows you how Cadence was designed with quality, value, and your carefree lifestyle in mind.

UPDATE:  Our final two videos, "Pricing" and "Make A Move", have both been uploaded!  "Pricing" gives you an overview of all the different items included in one of our fabulous houses and shows you what great value you get for your money.  And finally, "Make A Move" outlines our innovative Make A Move purchase program that greatly simplifies the process of buying a new home at Cadence at The Lakes.
