Meet the Capriccio, the Newest Floorplan at Cadence

Are you tired of taking care of your old, oversized home?  Are you ready to free up your time and start focusing on the important things in life?  Then look no further than Cadence at The Lakes Adult Community; we have the perfect new floorplan for you.  Meet the Capriccio: a compact home that's full of great features!

Our new Capriccio home has 1,260 sq ft of space on the main floor, with 9ft ceilings, 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms (with heated tile floors standard in the ensuite), a space-efficient laundry closet with stacker washer & dryer, stainless steel kitchen appliances, gas fireplace, fully-finished 2 car garage, geothermal heating/cooling, and a fully landscaped lot.  As with any home at Cadence, you have a choice of a standard 6ft crawl space, and 8ft in-ground basement, or a walk-out basement.  With the Capriccio home, your lower level can add up to 1,252 sq ft of additional space.

If this plan checks all of your boxes, we currently have a Capriccio with an 8ft in-ground finished basement available for viewing now!  This home is finished in our Mountain Sage exterior colour palette and Vanilla interior colour palette.  Contact our Sales Team today to schedule your own personal tour, and see how Cadence at The Lakes Adult Community is the perfect fit for the life you've always wanted.
